I booked a private, one-on-to 3-day course with the Thomas Lloyd Barbering Academy and it was absolutely brilliant! I rang and spoke to Lloyd as I needed to be able to cut men’s hair within my job as a makeup artist in TV. Lloyd was extremely accommodating and having done work within the TV and film industry himself was understanding of what I needed and wanted to achieve.
Due to my work schedule I could only do a couple of days, Lloyd was able to book me in quickly and for a very good price. I couldn’t believe what I achieved in 3 days. From my first day, not knowing how to hold the clippers, to doing fades and cutting a gent’s hair practically by myself (with supervision of course) by the last day. All my training was done on live models, not training heads, which I was very grateful for as it makes a big difference.
