I would like to state that I lose interest in just about anything very quickly, despite this I found that this course was incredibly engaging. Everyday I learnt something new and it being such a practical course meant it allowed me to stay interested and keen to be taught multiple techniques that’s would allow me to hone my newly learnt skills.

Not only did I get taught incredibly well but the course also improved my social ability and grew my confidence. Before starting the course, I could never imagine myself cutting peoples hair so confidently and without worry. Living almost 2 and a half hours on the train from Cardiff meant I had to get up very early and get home late — despite this I still managed to stay keen to get up every day and travel across the country to achieve this qualification. Finally, I was encouraged by Lloyd who is a fantastic mentor who motivated me to succeed in finishing the course. In my opinion I truly believe the course is well worth it, it allowed me to express my creativity and meet new people and now I can take my newly learnt abilities to find work and travel the world.
