I joined the 9-week NVQ Level 2 course on October 2023. It was by far the best decision I’ve ever made, what an experience.

Lloyd the trainer is absolutely amazing at what he does and how he trains. He is the best trainer in Cardiff by far. From me being a complete beginner in barbering I’m proud to say that from Lloyd’s training and his teaching skills. I’m now fully able and confident at cutting hair to a high standard.

The academy has a max of 5 students per course and we all got on well and have all become friends. The atmosphere in the academy is great, Lloyd always made us laugh and had banter while maintaining a professorial salon environment.

I’m so glad to have done the course and would highly recommend to anyone. It was an experience of a lifetime and I will never forget it. I would highly recommend Thomas Lloyd barbering academy to anyone who is wanting to get into the barbering industry.
