I’ve been on many training courses throughout my professional career, of course in different fields, but every course felt mundane and pointless. Trainers felt disinterested or fed up and generally lacked the enthusiasm to motivate learners.

At Thomas Lloyd, I experienced the exact opposite. Instead of disinterest, Lloyd and Christian presented as highly motivational, hugely passionate and supremely skilled. The learning environment was fun, very well thought out and strategically developed to allow learners to develop at a great pace. The first 4 weeks are designed to create and develop fundamental barber skills, then the last 5 weeks allow you to get hands on with real models. I found this process to be excellent, my confidence grew so high and my enthusiasm was matched with the environment. I was actually shocked at my progress, I entered the course with a base knowledge of barbering, but what I learned in 9 weeks was nothing short of miraculous.
